What we do

  • We prepare your property – conducting a pre-listing inspection and recommendations to maximise return and minimise your risk.
  • Marketing – we use professional photography and floorplans, advertising on major real estate portals and industry websites.  We perform targeted marketing to our tenant pool.
  • Tenant selection – thorough screening and checks of all tenants as permitted by law.  We communicate and present applicant information to you. We build relationships with valued tenants.
  • Regular inspections – detailed entry and exit report and regular inspections ensure we keep the property in good condition and report and attend to any maintenance if and when required.
  • Rental payments – rental payments are electronically deposited and fully itemised statements provided, including an annual tax statement.
