Karen Young from Property Zest, Brisbane. In this video, I’ll be giving you an update on the current state of the Brisbane property market. Our listings have been down for some time, but we saw a 4.8% increase from last month. However, stock is still tight, with an average of 23 days on the market. Dwelling values have increased by 0.9% in the last month and 15.6% over the year. Rental yields remain stable at 3.9%. If you’re considering buying or investing in Brisbane, prices are rising by about 1% per month. I’ll also share an example of a recent property purchase.
