Did you know what we offer many partial services that may suit you as a home buyer or an investor? In this article I’ll outline the partial services available and where they may be appropriate. I’ll also highlight the differences between these and our Premium Buyer’s Agent package.
Sometimes you know what house you like but you just need some expert help to make sure you’re not picking a lemon and to give you confidence to move forward with it. Sometimes you are ready to jump on it but want to make sure you aren’t going to overpay. Sometimes you are worried your heart is going to jump out of your chest at an auction! These are the sorts of things that a buyer’s agent can help you with. We offer services for:
- Single property inspection
- Negotiation and purchase
- Auction bidding
These are some of the partial services we can assist with on a ‘pay per property’ basis. The benefits of using partial services are that they will enable you to access a property expert to assist you in making the right choices and paying the right price at a more affordable cost. The downside, however, is that you may not end up purchasing the property, despite having done all the right things by engaging an expert! The service is activity based rather than outcome based.
Premium Buyer’s Agent Service
When you use our premium service, we work with you from start to finish on the purchase of a property. We keep working – inspecting, analysing, negotiating on however many properties it takes to find you a fantastic home or investment property. You get the benefit of our services for the duration of our engagement.
