BRISBANE PROPERTY MARKET UPDATE – SEPTEMBER 2023
Hi, it’s Kaz Young from Property Zest Buyers Agent and Property Management in Brisbane.
In this video, I’ll give you a quick update on the Brisbane market for September 2023. Listings are down 13.3% compared to last year, but there has been a slight improvement in the last month. Time on the market is decreasing, but it’s still challenging to find good listings. Housing and unit values have been steadily increasing, with a 1.6% and 1.1% growth respectively. Rental yields are at 4.1% and vacancy rates remain tight.
