The Project

Our lovely clients, Jeremy and Stephanie, were looking for an investment property for a medium to long term buy and hold within 25km of the Brisbane CBD, within their $750k budget.  They were looking for a reasonably yielding property with good capital growth prospects.  Following location analysis and discussion of suitable location options for them, Jeremy and Stephanie decided to focus on the Redcliffe Peninsula area of Moreton Bay.

The Property

Located just 500m to the waterfront at Woody Point, this old post war home on 405m2 was snapped up within just a week or two of searching.  We loved the proximity to water, local schools, shops and transport and the entry level price point.

The home had a modern kitchen and nicely polished floorboards.  This is the type of property that would rent out well as an investment and at some point in the future, may become the site of a contemporary home as this area increases in value.
