Our clients, Brendan and Julia, from Sydney, were looking to purchase an investment property that was within 15km of the Brisbane CBD for capital growth potential. As an added challenge they were keen to find a property that offered some additional development potential for them to explore and wanted to purchase under the $1.1m mark.
The property we found was located in Mount Gravatt East, very close to local shops, schools, transport and amenities. It was a 3x1x1 post war weatherboard property on 600m2. Although a little tired on the outside, it was renovated inside and had good long term tenants in place who were hoping to stay on.
