The Project

M&L were interstate investors on a mission.  Their mission was to buy an entry level investment property with good cashflow that could be ‘set and forget’ as they were about to head abroad to live.  These guys didn’t have time to muck around!!  Lucky for them, just before their project commenced we had seen a property that would perfectly fit their brief!  The project hadn’t even really began when we gave them a call to let them know we had something that they should take a look at!

We showed M&L the photos and all of our information and reports on the property and to their credit, they jumped right on it!  We were able to secure the property and the rest, as they say, is history!  We were able to secure tenants promptly and the property has been ticking away nicely!

The property was a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom property in the outer North of Brisbane, an up and coming hotspot area near the new university precinct underway.  In a nice residential pocket, the house had been renovated internally and had 2 large living areas plus the massive bonus of a huge 6m x 6m shed in the rear.
