Mark was an interstate investor looking for a property with some renovation and/or development potential. His budget was up to the $500k mark with a yield of at least 4%.
The Property
The property we purchase, a fantastic highset brick home in North Brisbane, ended up being quite a bit under budget at the $400k mark, but offered great renovation potential including legal height underneath. Solid as they come and ripe for renovation, however, very rentable and sought after as a rental – we had 33 applications for this property in the first week!!!
