Brisbane Buyers Agent Case Study

The Project

A&A were a Melbourne couple looking for investment property within a good middle to inner city suburb. The purchase budget for the areas they liked was modest at $700k but they weren’t shy of an older style house, in rentable condition, with some future potential to increase value through renovation.  Their primary goals were capital growth over time in a good location within 12km of the CBD.

The Property

When this beauty popped up early in to the search, in Camp Hill, we knew it would be popular! Traditional Queenslanders are well sought after and this one was well presented, in a good location and with an asking price under $700k, being fast to inspect and fast to offer was key.  Camp Hill is a great inner suburb just 6km from the CBD.  The house was well positioned between Norman Park Station and Westfield Carindale.

Although we could see lots of potential to improve the floorplan and update the decor, it was in a perfectly rentable condition as is and our awesome Property Managers had it rented out in a flash!
