The property was a low set brick veneer in original condition. It was located in a family friendly area,   situated in the North of Brisbane, approximately 15km from the CBD.

  • Current/Estimated Rental:  $380-$410pw


Working with our recommended renovation co-ordinator and the client to assess the best options within budget saw the home transform from average to smashing in a matter of weeks.

Renovations completed on the property were kept within a small budget adding value to the home without over capitalising.
