The Project

K&R were interstate investors and repeat Property Zest customers seeking long-term capital growth with a budget of up to $450k.   Looking within 25km of the Brisbane CBD, they were after a property on a minimum 600m2 block, 3 bedrooms, and immediately rentable.  Having purchased a property through us previously, we were able to quickly get to work finding a good investment for these customers!

The Property

The property we purchased was a very tidy high-set brick and timber house found in the Northern suburbs of Brisbane.  On a 610m2 block only a short walk from the shops and multiple transport options, this property was a great value prospect and well within budget.  Colorbond fencing on all sides, and a large backyard with plenty of room for a family.  In the house itself, the ground floor had been built-in to include a bar nook, and provided a cool space to relax in the warmer summer months.  Upstairs, there were polished floors, a large aircon unit, and ceiling fans in all the bedrooms.  A classic North Brisbane highset in a great spot!
