The Project
K&A were Brisbane based investors who were looking for a property with a bit of wow factor that would appeal to higher end renters and provide them with a great investment location and good rental yield in a more ‘blue chip’ suburb of Brisbane! Focused on the North to North West suburbs of Brisbane, K& A were keen to ‘get amongst it’, attending many of the inspections over the course of the project and getting involved in the research and analysis of properties.
The Property
The property was a beautifully presented reproduction Queenslander in Bardon. Four bedrooms, two bathroom and two car garage gave it much appeal to families. Large open living spaces to the rear deck and yard gave it a light and bright feel. The property was really well presented and a popular option for many home buyers looking to buy in this sought after location.
The property went to auction in front of a pretty big crowd of onlookers and had some keen buyer interest. Property Zest was one of three buyer’s agencies there to bid on the day!
