J&H were inter-state investors seeking long-term capital growth with a budget of up to $500k.   Looking within 25km of the Brisbane CBD, they were after a property that would be immediately rentable, and appeal to families with good schools nearby.

The Property

The property we purchased was in a modern development of this Northern suburb, with a build date in the early 2000’s.  With an open and bright layout, this 4-bedroom home was ideal for families, and attracted strong interest at the open home.  This property was actually under contract when J&H started their search, but that contract unfortunately had fallen through due to finance when we were contacted by the agent again.  J&H leapt at the opportunity, and were able to secure this home at a good price.  Having just rented a similar property nearby, we were able to have tenants signed up and ready to move in the day after settlement, with no advertising required!
