The Project
K&Y were interstate clients who had previously purchased an investment property with us at Property Zest. This time around it was a completely different project as K&Y were looking to make the move from Sydney to Brisbane and were looking for a great house, that didn’t need too much work, in a good suburb that they could call home! Budget was up to $1.2m.

The property we purchased was a newly built 4x2x2 in leafy Ashgrove. With top end fixtures and finishes, large open indoor spaces and an appealing outdoor entertaining deck, this property fit the bill!
